What services do you provide?
DR Solution Group provides secure offsite storage, colocation, and data and document destruction services, which include the following benefits:
- Scheduled daily, weekly, monthly, or on-call pick-up and delivery of boxes, records, documents, and data or media storage items
- Barcoding of inventory
- Climate and temperature-controlled environment located in an underground facility
- 24/7/365 security
- Destruction services are witness shred unless otherwise communicated
- Destruction verification documentation is provided upon completion of the destruction process
What items can be stored in your facility?
Paper files such as business, medical, or bank documents and records are the most common items stored in our facility. Many companies also store envelopes and office supplies here. We store all data/media types, including but not limited to computer backup tapes, CDs, hard drives, microfilm, etc. We even warehouse holiday decorations for our clients.
We are unable to store anything toxic, hazardous, fuel-driven, or prone to leakage.
Do you offer shredding services?
Do your disposal services meet HIPAA and other regulatory guidelines for shredding and document disposal?
Yes. Our disposal services meet governmental and regulatory guidelines for most industries for the secure disposal of sensitive information. This includes HIPAA guidelines for patient records and data management.
Do you provide computer or server maintenance and repair services for colocation clients?

Can I view my stored inventory online?
Can I retrieve my inventory items outside of your regular business hours in the event of an emergency?
Yes. By calling our business telephone number, 816-256-2020, you may select the Emergency Service option to contact us during non-business hours for emergency deliveries. Emergency service is available 24/7 with additional charges.
How do I control who can access my inventory or call for service?
You will set up an Authorized User list with DR Solution Group that specifies who has the authority to access your inventory or call for pick-up and delivery service. You can also restrict the type of inventory or department your authorized users may access. This policy allows you to keep certain information confidential even among the different departments within your organization.
If we receive a request for service from someone not on the Authorized List, we will call or email one of the authorized users to verify the order prior to the order being processed.

What type of supplies do you offer?
We offer the following storage related supplies to assist with packaging and organizing your inventory:
- Banker boxes
- Medical records storage boxes
- Archive-quality storage boxes
- Heavy-duty storage boxes
- Tape transport containers for purchase or lease
- Replacement tape covers, including LTO, DLT covers
- Barcode labels may be supplied ahead of time for proper documentation
What are the benefits of storing inventory in an underground facility?
DR Solution Group chose to locate in the Parkville Commercial Underground facility because of its security features and consistent climate. Because the facility is located in limestone cliffs, the temperature remains around 65 degrees year-round, an ideal temperature for maintaining the integrity of paper documents, all forms of data storage devices, and computer equipment.
Another benefit of our underground space is that we’re protected from threats that take place aboveground, including tornadoes, thunderstorms, lightning strikes, hail, heavy wind, and rain.
